Greg inspected our home and provided a detailed report with lot of photos. The indexing of the issues in the report is very good. His knowledge and report writing and attention to the details are fantastic.

We were not at the property while he did the inspection but I am sure he didn't miss any issues. The one thing I would ask him to do is to provide a video call and walk us through the issues when the buyer is remote.
